ORegen*:
waste heat recovery system
DOE document
under "Area of Interest 3: Waste Energy Recovery" Dear valued customer: At GE Oil & Gas, we are constantly striving to provide technology solutions for the industry’s toughest challenges. With the recent Financial Assistance Funding Opportunity Announcement (DE-FOA-0000044) released by the US Department of Energy, we’d like you to know about a solution we have that may qualify for this funding. The GE Oil & Gas ORegen* system based on the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology was developed specifically to lower your operating costs by allowing you to capture and recover waste heat energy from your installed equipment and turn it into electricity, increasing the net efficiency of your system. Such technology is specifically referenced on page 10 of the attached DOE document under “Area of Interest 3: Waste Energy Recovery.” Further details of our ORegen* Product can also be found in the attached brochure. We invite you to review both the product details and the DOE document to determine if your operation could be a good fit. Please note that the
application deadline is July 14, 2009. If you require further information or assistance regarding ORegen*, please contact Jeremy Barnes at +1 (832) 603 7946, or jeremy.barnes@ge.com. Sincerely, GE Oil & Gas *ORegen is a trademark of
