Secure Platform for Communication

The Customer Collaboration environment provides a secure platform for communication and workflow between GE, customers and suppliers worldwide. Using the server-based software application called ProjectNet, all phases of a project can be executed-from inquiry through plant development, sale, design, construction, commissioning and operation. With a valid user ID and password, you can access it via the Internet from anywhere in the world, at any time.

Note: If you already have a Single Sign-On (SSO) account, select "Update Profile" to request access to this online tool. If you do not already have an SSO account, please choose "Register" to establish an account.

Training

We offer an introductory course for proposal teams and customers as collaborative sites are opened. This course covers both application usage and GE processes as they relate to the Customer Collaboration tool. A training CD is also available upon request.
