Employee training is one of the most important investments a company can make. As competition intensifies, technical competence becomes increasingly important in operating and maintaining system reliability, achieving exemplary customer service and pricing transactions and ancillary services accurately. The Energy Learning Center (ELC) offers a variety of training programs for power delivery, drives and controls, steam and gas turbines and generators, including multimedia courses, multi-customer technical courses and site-specific training. These courses are taught in New York, Colorado, Ohio, Virginia and South Carolina. In addition, GE offers training for a wide range of other equipment and software. Courses are taught at several locations or can be customized on-site. |
