GE Energy offers in-depth technical courses covering optimization and control technologies and designed to train users in maximizing the benefits of our products. These courses can be presented at the customer site or at a GE Training center.

In addition to traditional instructor-led courses, self-paced computer-based training (CBT) is utilized. CBT provides prerequisite fundamentals, and can be used later as a valuable source of reference materials.

Condition Monitoring

Asset condition monitoring is the foundation of Plant Asset Management, and our System 1® software training provides that critical foundation. From fundamentals of operation through advanced Decision Support training, you will experience the power and capability of System 1 and how you can apply it to your plant and equipment.

Machinery Diagnostics

Whatever your industry or application, we have courses designed to teach you not only the fundamentals of machinery diagnostics, but also how to apply them. Alignment and balancing of rotating machinery assets are also covered. And for those of you involved with reciprocating compressors, we have a course to help you as well.

Systems & Instrumentation

Like you, we take vibration seriously. We offer courses on the fundamentals of vibration and transducer operation, as well as condition monitoring and diagnostics courses designed to provide you with vital information on how to maximize your Bently Nevada™ 3500 or 3300 Monitoring system.

Thermodynamic Performance

GE offers several different software products to help you maximize the efficiency of your plant, no matter what type. Whether you are looking for increased profit, better environmental compliance or to maximize raw material usage, we're waiting to show you how.

Controls Training

We offer hands on controls training intended for turbine control technicians, engineers, and operations, no matter what their level of experience. This training offers students in-depth knowledge of the control system as applied to their turbine package along with hands-on application.

OFT Cased Hole Wireline Training

OFT offers a series of public training courses covering the full range of our logging tool products. There are foundation courses for new hire Field Engineers ranging through to CH Managers courses to keep senior personnel appraised of all our technology including the latest developments. Additionally, OFT offers in-house courses at client premises that may be tailor-made to the specific and immediate requirements of the customer.
