In the oil and gas and power generation industries, more than 1,200 GE and other OEM units are covered by contractual service agreements. About ten percent of the agreements cover entire process units, consisting of rotating equipment, static equipment and auxiliary systems. With reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) engineering support, maintenance equipment plans are tailored based on the machinerys criticality and operation conditions. Each contract has its own project manager to provide headquarters support for technical assistance, emergency requests, reporting and parts warehousing.
